How to raise a ticket

1) Visit our knowledgebase to see if the issue has been documented.

2) If you need to raise a ticket visit

3) Log in or Sign up.

4) Select 'Add Ticket'

5) Fill in as much information as you can on the form.

6) After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to the ticket and any other communication from Macrium Support/Sales.
