Note : The Macrium Reflect default settings allow you to set the default values used when creating a new backup definition. With the exception of global application settings (those marked * below), these settings will not affect existing backup definitions. To change existing definition, right click on the definition and select 'Advanced Properties'
To edit default settings from the main toolbar click the 'Cog' icon as shown below.
Select the function you want to amend.
- When you are happy with your selections click OK, your selections will be remembered and applied unless changed for a specific task.

SSD Trim, to enable SSD TRIM on restore, flagging all unused blocks and writing to them, increasing the lifetime and performance of the device. Verify Image, to select whether to verify images before restoring. Master Boot Record, to select whether to recover and replace the Master boot record from the backup. *Update
