By default, Macrium SiteDeploy will be disabled, however, a Macrium SiteDeploy trial can be started at any time. This ensures that the Macrium SiteDeploy trial can be activated when it is needed.

The Macrium SiteDeploy trial is a 5 Endpoint License which is valid for 30 days.

This enables unlimited deployments to 5 unique endpoints for the duration of 30 days. Each time a new unique endpoint is deployed to, the 'X of 5 Endpoints have been deployed to' number will be incremented, indicating the number of remaining endpoints that can be deployed to as part of the trial.

There are three ways that the Macrium SiteDeploy trial can be activated:

First-run Wizard

During the first-run wizard, the initial set up following installation, either 'Backup & Restore' or 'SiteDeploy' can be selected, depending on the features that are needed.

Whichever feature is not selected, can be optionally enabled at any time on the 'Licenses' page of the Site Manager console, once the first-run wizard has been completed.

On the second page of the wizard, a trial can be activated for SiteDeploy:

Deployment Page

If SiteDeploy is not currently activated, the 'Deployment' page in the Site Manager console will display the following message:

Selecting 'Activate Trial' will start the SiteDeploy 30-day trial.

Licenses Page

If SiteDeploy is not currently activated, the 'SiteDeploy' section of the licenses page will display the following message:

Selecting 'Activate Trial' will start the SiteDeploy 30-day trial.
