How to raise a ticket

2) If you need to raise a ticket visit https://helpme.macrium.com

3) Log in or Sign up.


4) Select 'Add Ticket'


5) Fill in as much information as you can on the form.

6) After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to the ticket and any other communication from Macrium Support/Sales.
