Macrium Reflect uses the standard Microsoft Installer Package (MSI) to install and register itself with Windows. If your Windows installer database is corrupt then you might not be able to see Macrium Reflect in the Add/Remove programs section of the control panel. To overcome this you can run 'xreflect.exe' to run the uninstaller directly.
Please download and run 'xreflect' from here: http://updates.macrium.com/reflect/utilities/xreflect.exe
